2019 Trends: Dark Bathrooms
Are you thinking about re-doing your bathroom? We found a trend you may want to check out before getting started.
Is Black The New Gray?
Gray was one of the more popular bathroom colors in the past two years, but that seems to be changing right now. It looks like designers are becoming more daring, using darker stones to create breath-taking spaces. Right now darker tones are starting to pick up and this trend appears to be gaining popularity. Darker colors and black appear to be most popular in light fixtures, vanities, mirrors, and other fixtures- especially with matte finishes. Black tiles or darker countertops made from dark onyx, soapstone or quartzite could give your bathroom the modern feel you have been looking for. If you don’t want to go black all the way, you consider choosing a contemporary angled bathtub or sink, and combine that with black taps and fittings.
